Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy consists of:

  • Terms of return (i.e. number of days) 30 days from shipment date
  • State of return (e.g. /damaged/worn) Any damages made/caused by purchaser or shipping co. prior to "return to shipper" date will be deducted from overall refund amount  (10%-60% DoD amount).
  • Part replacement. If parts on chairs are damaged from shipping only (not customer negligence e.g. exceeding weight limit, falling or "plopping" into chairs) parts will be replaced free of charge but shipping cost will be covered by customer. If damage is caused by customer, shipping cost AND part cost will be covered by customer ($7.00 per slat).
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) Wrong size/ damaged upon arrival/ incorrect custom wood burning/ damage from shipping co.
  • Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service) Contact Todd (owner) directly from the "contacts tab". I accept calls, text, and email all to my personal phone and will respond within 24hrs.
  • Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details) Once damaged product is received back to original shipping address, if all conditions listed above are met. A full (or agreed to) refund will be issued back to purchaser with in 14 business days.
